Flexibility is one of the first things to go as we enter adulthood and continue to age.
In order to remain flexible, we need to constantly stretch, and remember the importance of having a flexible body as well as a strong one.
Stretching will help prevent everyday injury and back aches. It will improve your posture and lengthen your muscles for a longer leaner look.
Having a flexible body will also enhance sports performance. For example - Longer strides for runners, deeper knee bends for squats, and also assist in taking the blow during intense exercise sessions.
